Revenue split is typically 25-50%, depending on your margins and how much work the marketing requires. We cover our own ad spend. If we don't generate sales, neither of us pays anything.

This works best for

Physical products with decent margins (supplements, wellness, sports equipment, food and beverage, beauty). Products where content and social media drive purchases.

Digital products where the product is built but distribution is the bottleneck (courses, templates, tools, SaaS with a self-serve model).

Founders who are great at building the product but don't have time for marketing, or have tried agencies that charge $5K/month retainers without clear results.
