Company Brain

A searchable memory layer across the tools and data your company already runs on.

We unify your meetings, documents, email, chat, CRM, and any other source your team relies on into a single searchable memory layer. Your team asks questions from Slack or Claude and gets answers with the full context behind any deal, client, or project.

What's included

Everything you need in one package

  • Works with the obvious sources (Fathom, Drive, Gmail, Notion, Slack) and the less-obvious ones (Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Linear, Intercom, Zendesk, Quickbooks)
  • Custom connectors for internal systems: SQL databases, data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres), internal APIs, and S3 or GCS data lakes
  • Slack agent answers with full company context, cited back to the original sources
  • Entities are tagged automatically so conversations link to the deals, clients, and people they involve

Best for

Agencies, professional services, and operations-heavy teams where institutional knowledge is scattered across meetings, documents, CRM records, and internal systems.

Common questions

What buyers ask before they book

What can it actually connect to?

The obvious SaaS tools work out of the box: Fathom, Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, Slack, Asana, Linear, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Intercom, Zendesk, Quickbooks. Beyond those, we build custom connectors into anything your team depends on, including SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), internal APIs, and S3 or GCS data lakes.

Do we need to change our stack?

No. The brain reads from where your data already lives. We do not ask you to migrate tools, standardize schemas, or clean up history before we start. The connectors fit around your stack, not the other way around.

Who can see what?

Permissions mirror the source system. If a doc is restricted in Drive, the brain respects that. Slack channel membership is enforced when someone queries from that channel. The same logic applies to every connector, including custom internal sources.

How long until it is useful?

Most teams get value within the first two weeks as core sources come online. Custom or complex sources (data warehouses, internal systems with unusual auth) add a week or two to the ramp, depending on the integration work.

What is the monthly fee for?

Ongoing ingestion, infrastructure hosting, permission sync, and minor adjustments. Larger additions, such as a new custom connector into an internal system, are scoped separately.
